VENDOR INFORMATION
The JHC is currently seeking vendors for various maintenance work. If you would like to become a JHC vendor, please complete and submit the Vendor Application Form to the Central Office along with your W-9 form and Certificate of Liability Insurance. If your trade requires a license, such as an electrician or plumber, please submit a copy of your license, as well.

JHC 2025-1 IFB Lawn Care Services
The Jackson Housing Commission (JHC) in Jackson Michigan is seeking quotes for lawn care services at three of its properties: Chalet Terrace, Reed Manor, and Shahan Blackstone North. Interested applicants visit the JHC website at www.jacksonhousing-mi.org to access the R. To arrange a site visit, please contact Rodney Murrell via email at R.Murrell@jacksonhousing-mi.org. Lawn care services will be required the spring, summer, and fall seasons, with JHC retaining the right to decide the length of service needed. Those capable of providing commercial lawn care services are encouraged to submit a complete proposal by 2:00 PM on Friday, May 20, 2025.
